I had a very disappointing a and bad experience with this moving company. The movers had a very poor attitude throughout the entire move. They were rude, impatient, and unprofessional in the way they spoke to us, making an already stressful day even worse. What was even more frustrating was that they suddenly claimed the load was over the agreed amount and demanded additional payment on the spot. This was not explained clearly beforehand, and it felt unfair and unprofessional. Instead of discussing the situation respectfully, their attitude made us feel pressured into paying more. I expected a moving company to be honest, transparent, and customer-focused. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite. I would not recommend this company based on my experience and hope they improve both their customer service and the way they handle pricing and communication.
