Fantastic experience from start to finish. From the coming down to quote, to the admin follow up for boxes, to the whole moving process on the day itself. We used the exact number of boxes that they estimated (i laughed when i read the other reviews saying this), but it was amazing cos it was double of what i would have estimated. Movers who came down were really fast, efficient, meticulous and polite. Really happy and pleased to have found such a good moving company and will definitely recommend.

Right fm the beginning onsite quotation, charges are very transparent with no hidden cost. A shoutout to Jolene who make sure every request is adhered to by communicating to the movers efficiently, with all instructions laid down clearly to them Movers are highly professional and fast workers. We engaged Aspect Movers this month for our shift from one three storey landed house to another after 25 years. We had accumulated a lot of household stuff. Our dealings and coordination with Jenny the main coordinator, Warren the site coordinator and Ann the site supervisor was seamless. The movers on the day were multicultural and good spirited. Aspect staff was flexible in many ways as we couldn’t actually anticipate many things beforehand. There were no surprises in terms of eventual cost. Raegan and his team of 3 managed to clear 5 years of my 4 Room HDB things all within the span of 3 hours. They did it thoughtfully, meticulously but efficiently. Not a single item was broken or damaged. Care was taken in arranging and packing things which was the option we opted for. Money well spent with how they did in 3 hours what would have taken my wife and me weeks. Even when there were 1-2 miscellaneous items that was initially not agreed to be brought over to my new place, they had no grouses in it and packed it all with the rest without any complaints. Comparatively to other moving companies in the market, I'd say they are one of the best ones, in terms of efficiency and customer care. If Google Review had more stars, i'd gladly put more. I had a very disappointing a and bad experience with this moving company. The movers had a very poor attitude throughout the entire move. They were rude, impatient, and unprofessional in the way they spoke to us, making an already stressful day even worse. What was even more frustrating was that they suddenly claimed the load was over the agreed amount and demanded additional payment on the spot. This was not explained clearly beforehand, and it felt unfair and unprofessional. Instead of discussing the situation respectfully, their attitude made us feel pressured into paying more. I expected a moving company to be honest, transparent, and customer-focused. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite. I would not recommend this company based on my experience and hope they improve both their customer service and the way they handle pricing and communication. From the time Rishi came over and gave me a quotation to the very end of the move, CYC were professional and most obliging. I’ve moved across countries and apartments about 11 times and CYC is right up there amongst the industry leaders in terms of their quality of service and care. I would like to commend Shalom and their team for the excellent service and smooth move. From the virtual “recce” by Adrian, to the sales team and eventually to the moving team, it was all very approachable and helpful. The moving team - Khairul, Affendi, Haneef, Vengadash and Heng TM - were wonderful. They were professional, friendly, and also quite humorous. Their light-hearted but hard-working approach makes typically stressful (perhaps, even emotional) moves that much less so. My family engaged Shalom Movers for our house move, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Initially, everything seemed promising. A representative visited our unit to provide a quotation and even supplied carton boxes for packing. However, when the scheduled moving day arrived, the movers did not show up. We were informed that the lorry had broken down. While unforeseen situations can happen, we accepted the explanation and agreed to reschedule. On the second scheduled moving date, the movers failed to turn up again. My parents had woken up early and prepared everything in advance. This time, we were told that the owner had encountered some issues and that they would provide an updated timing later that day. Unfortunately, no one arrived, and no proper update was given. We were then informed that they do not operate on weekends, so we waited until Monday, 15 June 2026, for further updates. Once again, we were told that the lorry had broken down. After that, communication became almost non-existent. We were promised an earlier time slot and assured that someone would follow up, but no one contacted us and no moving service was provided. What is most frustrating is not the delays themselves, but the repeated no-shows, last-minute excuses, lack of communication, and failure to follow through on commitments. My parents rearranged their schedules multiple times and spent days waiting without any certainty or updates. Please do not rely solely on the company’s 4.2-star rating when making your decision. Our experience was completely different from what the reviews suggested. Before engaging their services, I strongly encourage potential customers to read through both the positive and negative reviews carefully and look at the company’s responses to complaints. I also noticed that there appears to be a large number of positive reviews compared to the negative feedback. While I cannot comment on their authenticity, I would advise customers to take the time to read past reviews thoroughly rather than relying only on the overall star rating. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company due to its unreliability, poor communication, and repeated failure to honour scheduled moving arrangements.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN CHOOSING THIS MOVING COMPANY. First, they said they would call to inform us prior to the moving date. However, we did not receive any call from them at all until the moving date itself. The movers were not punctual. We tried calling their office several times, but no one picked up. WhatsApp calls were also not answered. We kept trying until someone finally picked up. The office line connection was very poor, and the call quality was intermittent. After about 30 minutes, they finally arrived, completely wasting our time. At the same time, we were told to email the operations team because they could not be reached directly. Even when calling their office, they would ask us to send an email to the operations team instead, and they refused to forward the message—even though they are in the same company. This is extremely inefficient and unacceptable. Anyway, this is by far the worst moving experience I have ever had. I hope others see this warning and avoid this company.

We used Phoenix movers for our home move last week and we had an excellent experience. Communication with their office was always on point, and answers to my questions provided immediately. On the actual move days, their movers were excellent- very careful with our boxes (we packed ourselves), very professional, hard-working, friendly and efficient. Everything was transported safely to our new place; we also used their handyman service to put a TV on the wall and this job was very well done as well. I will definitely be recommending Phoenix movers to friends looking for moving services in Singapore.

Here’s a strong review you can post: Absolutely terrible experience with this moving company. They promised to deliver the boxes between 3–6pm, but only arrived after 7pm with zero accountability or proper update. I specifically requested 12 boxes, expecting decent quality since I’m paying for a service. Instead, they delivered only 5 new boxes and the remaining 7 were old, used boxes that literally stank. Completely unacceptable for a moving company. To make things worse, when I raised my concerns, the person actually called me and said if I’m “not happy then they can don’t do my business.” Extremely rude, unprofessional, and dismissive attitude towards customers. Late delivery, poor quality materials, horrible customer service, and zero professionalism. Would definitely not recommend this company to anyone.

Had an awful experience with the movers. While the initial interaction was prompt and the quote and everything was smooth, the actual experience on the day was terrible. They were foul-tempered and mixed up all the cartons. And finally they simply dumped the cartons randomly around the new house and left without as much as opening the wrapping because they claimed to be late. Used KNT movers for a storage bed. Somehow, when i slept on it, the bed rocked & i informed Felix. He sent his team back to my home to help me fix it. And their attitude was friendly & nice. They also helped me moved my Queen sized storage bed to another room with no extra charge. Overall a very pleasant encounter.
