I regretfully have to say this used to be a decent company when they first started, used them 2 years ago and expected the same quality of service level however things have deteriorated to the point they need to be shutdown.
1) They turned up 3 hours after the time frame - I get it, sometimes things get delayed, so I'll let it slide.
2) They have absolutely ZERO insurance - "Insurance maximum liability is up to $30- per move".
3) Their sales agreement means absolutely nothing. Quote one you on one thing and renege on the day, knowing you can't get a last minute mover. In the end got charged $400 extra for moving in reality a half load upstairs.
4) Charged surcharge of $150 on quote - later coerced into $400 on stairs and still failed to actually complete the move. Also left all the big items that was originally agreed upon and just took mainly boxes.
5) Their "load" definition is whatever they want it to be, in reality their full load is half the load of another company. Will make up arbitrary numbers based on pallets.
6) Their operations manager 'claims' he has no idea how the sales people quote prices/
7) Takes forever to get your box deposit back.
8) The response rate of the salesperson is non existent after your pay your moving deposit.
9) IF YOU REALLY REALLY ABSOLUTELY WANT TO USE them, ASK FOR AN ONSITE QUOTE. PERIOD.
AND ALSO BE THE FIRST SLOT OF THE DAY.
And apparently, their staff do not get the increased "surcharge" for moving stairs, so WHAT gives them the incentive to want to do stairs?. Especially if you allocate them two staircase jobs in a row?.

Recently Engaged 12Move for a moving service. I first contacted Salesperson Darren for a quote and requested for a onsite quotation.
He book a timing accomadating to my free time and came over quickly. When he was here, he took note of every small details and also advice on how the movers are going to move my items for me. Price was reasonable for such a good service.
On the day of move, Jun Kai , Irfyan & Keith came over to our unit . Without much hassle, They move all my items in just under an hour! Besides that lightning speed, They never forgets to protect my items like their own. I was really impressed by how fast this 3 young individual works.
I would highly recommend 12Move and would also engage them again for my next commercial move! See you guys again!
