Not recommended.
Pros: Boxes came timely outside the door. Tape given was not enough for 20 boxes. Had to purchase extras.
Cons:
1. Miscommunication between Sales — Darren and movers. Movers came and was shock to see the load they had to carry; implying they were not informed beforehand. Quotation given was not detailed. We had to lalamove most items on our own.
2. Movers insisted on pushing their trolley into our new space, with the shrink wrap boxes/items on. Told them the vinyl floor is new (don't want to leave any markings) it's best to carry the boxes in, they refused to do so. Had to painstakingly bring our boxes in on our own. They assisted on two bulky items though, tv console and a 4 tier chest of drawers.
Had better experience with another company during our first move. So this was questionable.
3. Movers did not handle large items well. Multiple dents on my refrigerator, chest of drawers external had multiple parts chipped off, the base of my kids' 4 tier shelves (just the exterior with no drawers/items) came here unstable, something from the base came off.
Not worth the price paid and it was a rather bitter experience. The miscommunication also cause a lot of time wasted from the time theu reached our site, to the time they start to load our items into the lorry. They were engaged for a job that's paid for, not for free so do better. Communication within the team gotta improve tremendously.

My move with 12move on February 3rd was awesome! Darren’s upfront quote was spot-on, and big thanks to Matthew, Irfyan, and Jordan for their hard work. They made the move a breeze, especially handling my delicate marble table with care. Definitely recommend them!
Their speed was incredibly fast as well! Overall , Everything was Smooth , Cheap & up to my satisfaction. What else could I ask for? Kudos to Darren , Matthew, Irfyan & Jordan ! Jiayou!!!

I recently used 12move for my move, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The movers were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire process. They took great care with my furniture and belongings, ensuring that everything arrived at my storage area in perfect condition. Matthew , Irfyan & Gary was fast and efficient! Everything was done in merely an hour! With that kind of speed, they never forget to help and support each other.
