Darren has been very responsive on my request since Day 1 and I am very grateful to him for his help. Recently engaged with 12move and i was very pleased with their service! I would firstly like to thank Matthew for his impeccable service. He exceeded all my expectations, he was kind and thoughtful; he wrapped all my fragile items with care. Darren was quick and direct in his WhatsApp communication. Very easy and pleasant to work with. Matthew and his team were very friendly, efficient and careful with my items on the day of the moving. Just completed my move today. Move was handled by salesperson Thomas. Very quick and efficient moving experience with 12move. Lorry with power tailgate was provided. Boxes were delivered on the day we confirmed the move as well. Overall, we recommend and are very satisfied with 12move!

Engaged 12Move for my house move and they got my boxes out packed efficiently within 10 mins. Alongside the delivery the whole process from collection of boxes to delivery took 45 mins which is super efficient. JJ, YZ and KS, were careful with handling my items from end to end. Honesty highly recommended mover and won’t hesitate to engage them again!
