Engaged 12Move for moving services, had a pleasant & good quality service.
1) Last minute move, quotation was OK, but added additional items that changed the initial quotation, but was glad they were able to coordinate the move well
2) Sales person Darren presented a good attitude and paid attention to all the details of my move, grateful for his service & working attitude.
3) Operations coordinator GH was able to coordinate a systematic move, great moving team, which delights me tremendously.
4) Did not mention the steps, was waived off the charges for that and they were able to reassemble my washer & furniture well.
Overall, would definitely recommend the services to all my friends & family.

I had Darren serving as the salesperson and he was responsive and ensured all my questions were addressed promptly. From the delivery of boxes to the actual day of moving, they were punctual and wasted no time in assessing the items to be moved. Alfred and Gary efficiently shifted my items with care when transporting all our personal belongings, and helping with assembly and disassembly of our bed frames
