I recently engaged 12Move and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. I had Richie serving as the salesperson and my experience was excellent. He was responsive and ensured all my questions were addressed promptly. From the delivery of boxes to the actual day of moving, they were punctual and wasted no time in assessing the items to be moved. Alfred and Matthew efficiently shifted my items with care. Sale staff; Darren is very effective and reponding to my request very professional and efficient in providing the quotation and confirmation. He also handled the change of move dates with no issue upon receiving my request 4 days before the actual move due to unforeseen events. On the day of the Move, the movers Khiru and Alfred was professional in handling the move of my bulky heavy items and 16 boxes with no complains. They wrap the items to prevent damages. They have to carry the itema 4 floors (at least 90 steps) because there is mo lift. Its a walkup apartment. There are only 3 movers to move all my items walking at least more than 20 times up and down the steps. Lastly, the price is reasonable. I am prepare to recommend them to others. ❌❌❌Worst movers ever to exist. ❌❌❌ DO NOT ENGAGE THEM!! ❗️Lost our washing machine and refuse to compensate for lost item! ❗️Got the cheek to give us the wrong washing machine which is cheaper than our original one (fisher and paykel) and in such a bad condition!!!! ❗️Ruined our tiles while they move the load. Very irresponsible!! ❗️Worst customer service!!! Thomas who is a very irresponsible owner who can’t even own up to the company’s mistakes and end up being obnoxiously rude and started to act like a gangster when i asked him for a compensation for loosing my washing machine and they refuse to compensate for it. He embarrassingly told us he is not the owner and only a manager and he cannot do any refund. But his name is plastered all over the website as a founder. They even ruined our tiles upon moving the loads. When we mention this to them. They dont even acknowledge it. How irresponsible and unprofessional. His bad work ethics is cascaded down to his front officer Darren who refuse to pick up our calls when we needed clarification on the situation. ❗️❗️❗️As a whole, if you want to loose your things and get your things lost and ruined. I Would not recommend this moving company. Worst moving experience ever. We have reported whole incident to CASE and police. Let’s deal with this under the law.

We were really impressed with their efficiency and professionalism when transporting all our personal belongings, and helping with assembly and disassembly of our bed frames. Special thanks to Matt and Gary for their hardwork and expertise, would reccommend to engage their services.
