I'm very happy with 12MOVE LOGISTICS PTE LTD and their moving service. There was prompt communication with liaison officer, Ms. Eileen Tay, who took time to explain the process from delivering the stipulated number of cardboard boxes and tape for the packing weeks prior to the move. She was also very empathetic to the stressful moving situation of the client (myself) and was able to provide great advice especially in the quoting phase (ie. whether the budget will allow for the amount of items to be moved - 1/2 load vs full load , warning about additional charges for moving from the parking area to the house). On the move date (1 Oct 2023), 12MOVE mover-in-charge, Irfyan, with his team (1 driver and another mover), were highly responsible and efficient with supporting each other with carrying the packed items down the spiral staircase from my previous rented room with utmost caution. Mr. Irfyan was also caring to his team and suggested them to take breaks in between each heavy load in order for them to sustain their energies till completion. I must say that the service was professional, evident in the way they handled the goods that went down and stacked in a compacted manner on each trolley for easy loading and unloading at the final location. They all deserve a pay raise for the hard work! My deposit of $200 was also swiftly returned within the next day after the used cardboard boxes were collected by the crew (2 months after the move date). Thank you all so much! [update 2] Firstly, get your customer’s gender right - I’m not a Mrs. Secondly, movers = your company no? Unless they’re third party? Thirdly, Thomas tried to call me once, but I missed it. I could not call back, perhaps you should try again? Fourthly, your company did not respond at all on the damages caused by your movers. [update] Thomas offered $80 refund for the “long push” but he did not respond or took ownership of the damages I highlighted. FYI-he requested I amend the rating (if I wanted to) after receiving the $80. Decided to amend to 1* given this experience. the first time i engaged 12Move in January (ref: 0876) - service was good, but they were couple of hours late. the reason was delay on the first appointment. i let it go. just engaged them for a second move (ref: 1342), and this time i had a bad experience. firstly, the guys damaged some of the bulkier items like scratches / chipped off on study table and TV legs. secondly, I find that their distance push charge (>$50/load) to be quite unreasonable. was charged $300 as I had to do two trips. while I felt it was reasonable paying $150 for the first full load given that there were a lot of items for a full load and movers had to make multiple trips in and out of carpark. But to charge me another $150 for the second round where only 2 items were being moved - tv console and study table - which could be done within one round and not too heavy - i felt paying $150 for a distance push is unreasonable. Furthermore, given that they had to do a second trip, they could have offered that there 0.5 load still got space and ask if any other items we wanted to load. We initially tried to set aside items that we could hand carry so to meet the initial 1.0 load. but since i had to pay for an additional 0.5 load of $188 + the unreasonable $150 long push, the least they could do is to offer to load up those items as well. in the end i had to do my own multiple trips to bring those over. in total, my expectation was $500 for the entire move (1.0 load + one dismantling service + $150 long push), in the end i paid $820 - for 2 persons living in a condo. recommended friends based on 1st positive experience, but will now caution others of my negative experience.

The 12Move is horrible and the worst mover I have ever seen before. I booked 14feet lorry. Byright 2.5 lorries should be able to complete the moving but they used 4 lorries still left some items not moved for me. 14 feet lorry and every lorry only half loaded. The lorry height is 2meter but average they only load 1-1.2 meter height. Every lorry only put 10 small trolly. They also put a lot of their items inside lorry. I asked them take out temporarily they said cannot. When we asked if can load more, they said cannot, the reasons being: - we worry it fall down (they put boxes into small trolly and then put trolly into lorry). - the height cannot higher than our eye otherwise we are not safe -it is against law -we worry too high and you are not easy to unpack it. Finally after 4 lorries they still left some items not moved. I guess they wanted to have one more round so that they can charge another $320(one lorry $320). I directly rejected. So I booked a van and spent $27 to moved left items. After waste half day to negotiate with them, they agreed to charge for three lorries. We then paid the amount to them. Once we paid, then they asked for fee for one more lorry. Finally they called police. [2023-05-06] For the reply from this company below this post, I just want to say: 1. Prior to move, have you told us that 10 small trolly consider 1 load (14 ft)? 2. Have you told us the height can not higher than your staff eye although the lorry is 2 meter high? For 2 meter height lorry, you only load average 1.2 meter heigh. 3. Please use your word properly. We never agreed 4 loads. You asked what is my warehouse size, I said 60 sqm. You said around 3-4 loads (3-4 14ft lorry). When you staff come to my warehouse on the moving day, one your staff said need 5-6 loads. You staff asked me that do you want to move. Do I have choice to say Yes or No as the same day I need to return the space to owner? I think for those who read this post should understand your strategy. 4. After 4 load, you did not move all my items. Still left a lot and I rent a van to move the left items. Indeed I do not have money for you to charge like that. I do believe same for those who want to book your service and come to see this post here. Exactly like another post mentioned, it is daylight robbry. For those who consider to book service, you may look at the reviews (1 star) posted by other people, they encountered similar painful experiences . I regret I did not read the reviews before booking.
