Bad experience with this company. End of day, have to pay additional cost like distance cost. No minimum distance specified. Can any how chargeable since no mention of minimum distance. The distance is not even more than 30m. Don't tell me they expect all distance is the lift or unloading in front of the location. Called and a young chap said yes, he's expecting this. He put down and cut off communication halfway. They are like a transport company. If I want a transport company, I'll rent my own lorry do the moving myself. How can they put they are movers when they just transport and push to the office at extra cost. Total unbecoming of these unethical company and unfair. Lost hope...
