I have bad experience with them on 17 Oct. They are totally not helpful and charged me a lot more than the quote. They are not able to dismantle my table and wanted to just leave it there. My contractor solved it in 5 mins. They also refused to just help me dispose of the boxes which is just downstairs. Right from the start, the supervisor was not friendly even though I was friendly to him. Do not recommend this to anyone.

Be careful about some hidden cost they might charge, and clarify with the contract details with them. Their contract context is not very clear. For example, we got charged extra $200 for the distance push (within the condo area). We also requested for water pipe installation jobs for washing machine and dishwasher and they charged us $50, they told us they knew how to install it. it turns out the installation job was a disaster, both of the water pipes are leaking everywhere. Which was really unacceptable.

Rude.. rude.. Utter waste.. Worst behaviour of the staffs. Staffs were rude and total impatient. Total money diggers. For every step they charge our total salary!! Do not any do business with them. For bringing from my doorstep to inside house they charged me 140 extra saying its one step diatance. Money Looters.Unprofessional behaviour, they were playing with basketball inside my house infront of me itself and when asked to stop, they repeated it. They will give quotation for low price and just drain your money out. Last minute they will cut throat saying high price we simply will have no option and get stuck with them. Better don't go with them.

After using Weload to move some of our bulky items, we were not impressed. In fact, we were left quite stressed. We decided to try another company and this time it was 12move. Link up via WhatsApp was quick and convenient and quotations were churned out swiftly. Eileen was quick to check in with us to confirm our booking and seemed to respond eagerly to my queries. However, I sensed a change once the deposit was paid and booking was confirmed. Responses (if any) took way longer and the other side just didn't show the same level of enthusiasm as they did before. Weload required us to purchase boxes from them at $4 per box minimum 10 boxes. 12 move included 20 boxes when the deposit of $150 was paid (this was offset in the final amount). Movers were efficient though. Steven and team came punctually and had given me a heads up as to their ETA when they were on the way. They worked quickly to wrap and move our items out. However, they also wanted to finish things up quickly and suggested helping me to pack some loose items I had into their boxes for a charge of $15 per box. This was all well and good and I agreed to it. But on hindsight, they did not spend much thought filling each box and it was almost a trigger-happy thing where they just went at it and charged me for 21 boxes on top of the 20 that I had from them before. Nonetheless, they did good and swift work overall. Then it came to these 2 steps in front of my destination’s doorway. It was chargeable at $100 per load. Because we required 2 trips, thus adding up to $200. According to one of the guys in the team, this could’ve been avoided if I had just sounded Eileen out before the move. So that didn’t really sit well with me. I was also charged a push fee to have my stuff moved from lift landing to loading bay. Not sure what distance deems it chargeable but well, they added it to the fee. During this time, I was checking in with Eileen over WhatsApp. As mentioned above, replies came only an hour after the movers had left and completed the job this time. A little too little too late. So, the final price was nothing compared to the quote given. Please be wary, the little things add up. If you’re still considering them, learn from our experience: 1. Perhaps call and speak to the person over WhatsApp if you can. Clarify all questions before booking. This would include things like protocol for damaged items, what are the charges for push fees and steps (even the one or two little steps before your HDB door entrance). 2. Since the 20 boxes at the beginning are ‘free’, request for more. Doesn’t make sense to have to pay for the when they are exactly the same except that the team will help you to pack a little (refer to above, wasn’t very bang for buck as they were chasing timeline and profit more than considering your wallet and your feelings). 3. Book as early as you can. The boxes were supposed to be delivered a day before the move to give us time to pack. Our appointment for the move was 9-10am in the morning. The boxes were delivered close to 8pm the night before- that’s hardly any time to pack. My mistake is that the runway from booking to moving was too short and perhaps it could have been avoided if we had been able to book earlier. If you’re still considering a mover, I would kindly and honestly suggest Thomas and team at Ascent Services. You can thank me later.

They were so unprofessional bad mouthing about me to the another person cuz I made a mistake of not checking. How silly of them to think I don’t understand Mandarin. If you are not happy then don’t take the assignment. I am not doing you a favour but paying for the service. Don’t show me your attitude. What a disappointment and no transparency until last min. Charged me $170 cuz no direct entry to list. Will never take this service again.
