I engaged 12move to move my 120 inch TV which weighed almost 200kg via the stairs into my home as it was too big to fit into the lift.
Within less than 2hrs, the team of Gary, Aidy & YZ arrived and inspected the item to be lifted up and immediately started planning a way to bring the tv up safely and fast.
TV was placed in my home without a scratch. Kudos to this strongman team!

Response from Elaine over WhatsApp was prompt and she answered all my queries. Gary, GH and Owen came all ready to begin the move. Everything was adequately wrap, mounted on huge trollies and carefully moved and loaded onto their truck. Instructions given to them were promptly followed. 👍👍👍👍👍.

It’s very easy to place a booking via WhatsApp. You have to make an advance payment to book your slot. For our case moving team got late but they called us early and mentioned about the timing. Team was professional and they knew what their doing!! It was smooth. Unfortunately we couldn’t put all of our items in a 1 load. For us they changed extra $70 as distance push fee. I would recommend them for hassle free moving services!!! Thanks

I requested a quote for moving from Bukit Batok to Paya Lebar and Thomas who was overseas was able to coordinate the move and disposal of my items on short notice with his operations team.
Despite the Chinese New Year period, I was able to move with 12Movers at short notice and reasonable quote and prices.They provided the boxes and was also flexible with the dates and changes I needed to make on the items I needed to dispose. Also provided me with advise on what items to move and how to position my items in the room. I will definitely be using them again soon.
