Sales was easy to communicate with and easy to book with reasonable quotation. Free boxes were delivered quick without any fuss. Movers were punctual. They also provided quick and friendly service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE! I wish there was zero star. I used this move company and regretted utterly. They broke my dining table glass top corner, my buffet glass sliding door along with a scratch on my computer screen. They also didn’t adjust my deposit when I made the full payment and confirmed that they will give my deposit once I return all the boxes. Even when I returned all the boxes the movers didn’t return my deposit. they estimated 2 trucks and then at the day of move the person incharge of moving said that I will need 3 trucks, to which I agreed. The person was in so much rush as he was committed somewhere else. He literally left 4-5 big items of mine on the pavement and said arrange Lalamove although there was clearly space in all the three trucks. Then he literally dumped all my stuff at my new condo unit and said I will come in the evening to assemble the beds( which I paid separately for) , even when I told him I have work tomorrow morning and I leave early. He came at night and by the time he finished assembling it was 11pm. Highly unprofessional, do not use this move company. requisite experience to pack and move fragile items). The company manager- Thomas has not been responsive since I have informed the damaged items resulting in a very poor customer experience.

Quotation is under quote no matter how detail is your information given. Their mover is charge by # of trolley. 0.5 load means 5 trolley trips. If your stuff can't fit into those 5, they will refuse to move the remaining. Their free boxes have to self collect prior move date. The free boxes is free for boxes only. If you need them to move your boxes, they will considered as part the 5 trolley trip. Their sales just want to get your order but didn't give you full information if you didn't ask.

Late by 4 hours from agreed time, I had to sign additional days for condo move approval because they could not complete the job in time. If you need reliable movers urgently I strongly do not recommend this business. They take whatever job you throw at them and only assign 3 people to move your things out. There is no backup team in case of any delay. Do lookout for other more professional movers.

Very fast and efficient. No frills.just two person did the entire 1.5 load. Quite impressed byvthe speed and efficiency. Thanks to Ah Choon and Mohan doing the actual move for a job well done. Will surely recommend
