Very dishonest company.
Movers charge packing by the boxes - they essentially unpacked the boxes I had packed to repack them "loosely", resulting in multiple box charges, and also multiple load charges for transporting a higher volume of boxes. Original quote of $950 went up to $4000 with charges that were increased from their own "dishonest" ways of packing.
Also, the workers had turned on all the air-conditioning in my home when they were packing (despite the ceiling fans turned on) when I was not at home to supervise and threatened my helper when she told them not to.
Items were also damaged in the move and some small valuables are still missing. Any attempt to contact was ignored after.
Made an official CASE complaint to prevent this from happening to any other client.

I asked 12move for moving from a condo to other condo on end June 2021 so it's some time ago.
There were some issues I faced during & after moving day as below listed.
1. They were late for 2 hours.
According to them it was caused by bad weather.
However I personally think that it is caused by too tight schedule management. They better have back up team.
2. They failed to complete moving within condo's allowed timing. Therefore I had to continue on next day .
I had to call to management of both of condo to ask for approval for additional moving day.
This caused me spending extra annual leave. And it made my work schedule very rushed later.
What if they came on time.
3. Day 1, they did not return lift padding to management office of condominium. And they left.
4. Their staff failed to return me an access card key of condominium when day 1 finished.
Partially it was my fault, I didn't have to pass an access card even though timing was packed and rushed.
They returned after few days, but by security reason I replaced access card.
Thomas compensated for card replacement fee.
5. Day 2, They sent different team from day 1.
Moving work itself was ok. Efficient and solid.
But this team did not properly return lift padding.
My deposit was almost forfeited.
Management and security could not find lift padding and it went almost missing.
6. Thomas came to a condo for searching lift padding.
Security staff and me had to follow him and walk around condo for 1 hour +.
It was during my business hour as well.
7. Lift padding was found from one of riser which is unusual. There was "told" "was not told" kind of thing between security staff and them which I do not know detail.
Though, Security manager said that security staff is never instructed to advice mover to do so.
8. Attitude of Thomas was not really respectful to security staff. I can say it was rude.
Security manager compiled incident list in case any report has to be submitted.
9. Thomas initially refused to carry lift padding down to appropriate store room.
Then he said that security staff should carry half of lift padding because mover placed lift padding based on security's advice which I am not sure whether true or not.
10. Thomas then asked me to carry lift padding down together with him because I hire them.
Does it normal thing to be asked to customer?
In the end he carried all lift padding down to store room, which I appreciate it.
11. In the end, cost I had to pay went up to 2.6 times from initial quotation.
From 1 lorry trip to 2.5 lorry trip.
Ok, I might have more stuffs than they expected, but then why don't they quote carefully and tell true cost to customer.
Their quotation procedure need to be improved.
Overall, sorry to say that it was my worst moving experience in 11 years of my life in Singapore.
It might be ok if I were single and not having many things. Or maybe ok if moving to/from HDB which do not have limitation on time schedule.
One thing I have to highlight is that team on day 2, their moving work itself was nice.
Hope they improve their service.
Thank you.
