2 stars only for the fast and efficient packers., other than that , get your service elsewhere. Sales gimmick, pretentious. Found them via carousell. I provided pictures and true description of exact items. Was quoted a price which i thought was a great deal. Day of move , packers immediately wrapped items while 1 main person went around asking what needs to be moved , only to be told my items exceed quotation and need to be charged another load. Mind you, i even removed a sofa from my list. For what i am quoted , i am only allowed 5 trolleys full, which is considered 0.5 load. For my bulky items I only have 1 queen mattress (no frame) , 1 cabinet 1 tv, 1 sofa bed, 1 mahjong table and boxes. How is this more than 0.5 load of their big lorry ? Whats the point of showing pictures and descriptions pre booking ? Is the salesperson an amateur who could not gauge space needed ? Im convinced this is a gimmick to secure the deal. On actual we are forced to go along with the extra cost , as deposit has been made. The full cost was still reasonable , however i despise the way business was conducted.
