The movers were very fast in taking the items, when they arrive hours after the original slot. They charged a special fee for piano- note that the piano was tilted during the move. The parquet floor was scratched and my landlord has to impose a repair fee. The white wall was also affected. I didn’t hear from the team since I informed them. The final fee is 3 times the original quote, claiming we have more. We saw the truck - it’s very small. Please note. Overall, the job did get done - depends on what you are looking for.
