DO NOT BOOK!!!! Trust me do not book, they’re the worst company I’ve ever encountered. I had the worst experience ever and the move was extremely stressful thanks to 12Move Logistics.
They’re scammers, cheaters, not honest and the movers are all rude, shouting vulgarities at each other all the time, not professional.
Was lured in by the $298 x 16 foot truck but it’s a lie. So you think great, ok all your stuff can fit in the 16 foot truck. BUT: They only bring 6 small trolley and all your stuff must fit on top of it. If it does not, it’s a second load is another $298. There is so much space but they will not use it for your moving. That space WILL NOT be yours. Essentially the $298 is probably just 5 foot of the truck. SCAMMERS.
Then they will charge you $70 for non direct access to the lift and another $70 for parking away from lift - although they only push for additional 5 meters, they charge you $140
Lastly, the movers are very rude, very unprofessional, always scolding vulgarities and joking with each other , they will take your things and stack it fast and quick so they will break and damage your stuff. Some of our stuff was broken
In the end, the whole move was wayyyyyy more expensive than hiring a PROPER movers so do not book.
Also: All the good reviews are probably fake or from friends, it’s written way too good… All the bad reviews are the real and genuine one, but the company will probably reply to my review saying “we cannot find your name in our system bla bla…” trying to reframe the conversation as if I never used the services but of course, our names in google review are not the real ones!!!! So you can’t find it in the system!!!!
I hope this company close down quick because they’re pure scammers !!

First of all, PLEASE RECONSIDER IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO ENGAGE THIS MOVER!
This was actually our 2nd time engaging their moving services. The first experience was perfectly fine. Everything was done fast and smoothly. We were genuinely happy with it, which is exactly why we decided to engage them again.
Unfortunately, this time was super duper disappointing.
Things started going downhill right after we transferred the deposit. Communication became... optional. Messages were barely responded to, and there were absolutely no updates. Then out of nowhere, we were informed that the boxes would be delivered in 10 minutes!? Are we supposed to wait at home 24/7??
On moving day, we were initially told it would require 3.5 loads. Sounds reasonable, right? Well, imagine our surprise when, after everything was already moved or in transit, the number magically became 7 loads. YES, 7 LOADS.
The explanation? "You have too many things."
For context, we were moving from HDB to HDB, not relocating a warehouse. At that point, we were left with no choice but to pay since everything was already in transit. Truly impressive timing.
During the move itself, there was a group handling our items. While they were fast, it was quite obvious that only 2-3 of them were genuinely working, dismantling and assembling furniture properly, and even helping us think through furniture placement (the only star is for them). The rest seemed to be... enjoying the day.
And let's talk about after-service.
Once we unpacked and informed them about box collection and deposit refund, our messages were, once again, treated as optional reading material. Despite multiple chasers, there was silence. Finally, after almost 2 weeks, we received a call from them saying they would arrive in 10 minutes.
Again with the 10 minutes.
Is the business model based on surprise visits? Are customers expected to remain on standby at home at all hours?
Even after the boxes were collected, we still had to send several more chasers just to get our deposit refunded, which was only returned after 1 week. It's interesting how we had to chase them as persistently as someone asking their ex for another chance.
The only positive? Our furniture wasn't damaged.
