Was served by a team of 6 (irfyan, ah guan, fazli, alfred, 2 others). Great attitude and impeccable service. Always willing to help and very service oriented. I guess it is not easy during fasting month for some of them. Kudos 4 loads, so took 4 hours. Price is reasonable and transparent enough. I would definitely recommend their service!

I’m writing this as a disappointed repeat customer. My first experience with this company was excellent—smooth, fast, and high quality. Unfortunately, the second time was a complete 180. Below are the issues experienced during the 2nd move: 1) Communication: Their responsiveness on WhatsApp was horrible. I was constantly 'blue-ticked' for days. Even when arranging the delivery and pickup of boxes, I received zero heads-up despite chasing for updates. They would only reply around 10 minutes before arrival. Are we supposed to standby 24/7 to wait for them? A few hours' notice at least would have been decent. 2) Deposits: Getting my $300 box deposit back was another headache. Again, I was ignored for days before the refund finally came through. 3) Missed Item: They missed a bicycle during the move. They had parked it around a neighbor's corner where it wasn't visible during our final walkthrough at the old place, and we only realized it after our neighbour alerted us. When I raised this, their response was a dismissive 'our ops team told you to check,' with no offer to help rectify their mistake. I personally do not recommend them. If you do choose to engage them, please do your due diligence and be prepared to micromanage the process to be safe.
