This is my first time write bad review. Horrible experience for this service, they give you cheaper quote but they play trick around. The movers didn’t fully utilise the truck despite we payed for the entire truck, resulting in additional trip charges. They said they just follow SOP can’t put in more although there is space. They promised to refund our $150 deposit upon return of the cartons, but despite reminders, no refund has been given.
