Engaged their moving service recently. Overall, the experience was a mix of good efficiency but also several unexpected additional charges. 1) Efficient Moving Team The moving service itself was fast and efficient. The team of three manpower worked well together and handled the items carefully. 2) Additional Charges for Distance & No Direct Lift Access I understand that extra payment is required when there is no direct lift access for lorry unloading or when there is a long push. However, even though the distance was within 100 metres, there was no flexibility, which resulted in higher expenses than expected. I suggest checking thoroughly with the consultant before booking to avoid surprises on additional costs. 3) Extra Charges for Old HDB Stairs For older HDB units with two steps of stairs, an additional charge of $80 was imposed. While they mentioned that such services were excluded, the specific amount was not clearly communicated upfront. Overall, the moving team was good, but clearer communication on fees would help customers plan better and avoid unexpected charges.

They were fast n efficient. But there were alot of cost unaccounted for. As our hdb has 3 step before entering, an additional $80 was added. If the lorry is unable to park directly below the block, an additional fee of $70 applies for each site. Even though the journey was less than 100m with ramps. There were no flexibility for this. In summary, better to get more details from them or have them conduct a site survey first before confirmation.
