From the beginning, communication with the liaison officer, Ms. Eileen was prompt, clear, and reassuring. She took the time to explain the entire process, from the delivery of the cardboard boxes and packing materials weeks before the move, to helping me understand the quotation details such as half load vs full load options and potential additional charges for distance from parking to the house. She was also empathetic toward the stress of moving and offered practical advice that made the planning phase much smoother.
On the actual moving day (5 November 2025) Gary the moving supervisor, together with Simbu demonstrated exceptional professionalism and teamwork. They handled all packed items with great care, especially when navigating the spiral staircase in my previous rental. I also appreciated Gary attentiveness to his team’s well being, encouraging them to take breaks between heavy loads to maintain their stamina throughout the job. Their efficiency, careful handling, and compact method of stacking items on the trolleys made both loading and unloading seamless. Their hard work truly deserves recognition.

Got 12move to help with my house move and the experience was great! Gary and Simbu were super friendly and fast the whole move was done in just 2 hours, which was way quicker than I expected. I reached out to Jason for an onsite survey, and he got back to me really quickly. He was flexible with timing and came by at a time that worked for me. The quote was reasonable, and we confirmed everything within 30 minutes after the visit. Really happy with the service. Would definitely recommend 12move to friends and family who need help moving!

Keith and team did a very good job always thinking price are not transparent and alot of extra cost but the boys explained everything clearly and understanding for us well done team the move was completed in just 2hours even with 2 loads make a very unforgettable experience

I had a really bad experience with 12 moves.
(1) the quote was 1 load for a 2 bedroom unit but ended up have to pay 2 load. the person came insist the 2 x single bed cannot go into the first load.
(2) they claimed bed dissembling not included in the quote and asked me to pay extra for bed dissembling and resembling.
(3) they did not know how to manage the bed and the resembling was wrong and was not secured. they suggested i should buy a new bad :(
(4) they damages the wall paint during unloading;
(5) they charged extra for long push just over 50m despite it is on good tile services.
(6) the quote was about SGD 400 and i ended up paid double !!
