Excellent End to End Service. From the initial consultation to the end of the move, the entire process was handled with professionalism and efficiency.
We were first introduced to jason, our assigned salesperson, who visited to assess our items. He conducted himself with professionalism and courtesy, and responded promptly to all our enquiries. The packing materials we requested were delivered swiftly, demonstrating the company's commitment to responsive service.
The moving team was equally commendable.
Their crew Keith and Jordan arrived well prepared and managed the packing process with efficiency and care. Their polite and respectful demeanor made the experience smooth and stress-free. While a few boxes were slightly dented, they were not fully packed, so no damage occurred.
Returning the boxes was also straightforward. Once we notified the team, the collection was arranged for the next day. Although the deposit refund took slightly longer than expected, Jason responded immediately when we followed up.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the service and would confidently recommend this company to others seeking a reliable and professional moving experience.

Jordan and Jian Nan were very efficient in wrapping and moving. 1 van load is limited to a certain number of trolleys. If they use up the number of trolleys somehow is a good measure the van space usage. So plan in advance or prioritise bigger items. In view of tight schedules for certain days they may not be able to do unplanned/ad hoc trips. We had more items than what the van could take in so we put in bigger items and the rest (smaller boxes) we used our car to move.

12Move ( irfyan and Jordan along with all the other men) was super efficient, very professional and very easy to deal with. My 30 boxes were not enough so they made sure I was aware of the extra cost involved. No surprises. Pay now so easy. Great English and friendly people. Totally recommend!! Took extra care to wrap piano and my sideboard which are precious to me!

Engaged 12move for an urgent relocation and I'm so thankful as my original movers disappeared on me, special thanks to my salesperson Jason for arranging as they arrived within an hour after I had confirmed with them. The guys Gary, Simbu and Keith were spectacular, they moved my items quick and efficiently with the upmost care, I had anticipated a few scratches here and there as we were in a rush but to my surprised everything was very well wrapped. Even though it was a very rushed move they still uphold their service standards and completed the move swiftly. I would highly recommend their service.
