I engaged 12move as i am moving to my new apartment. The salesperson Jason is very responsive and patient to my enquiries. Gary's team came to handle all the bulky items packed and wrapped. They have to climb 3 stories to deliver my furnitures to my new apartment. The stairs were small and cramp but they still carried it all up carefully. No damage done to my furnitures. Thank you 12 move for taking care of all my furniture. Definately will engage them again in the future.

Engaged 12Move as we’re shifting and they took great care of my huge epoxy dining table, Tv and piano. They were efficient and completed the shift in 2-3 hours. Special shoutout to these 3 incredible men, Irfyan, Jian nan and Ah guan who were a joy to have, making the shift seamless. The communication with the admin team was also quick and smooth.
