The experience I had , honestly was not good . The quote given was not accurate despite confirming with sales person Guang Hao few times . In the end I paid more than agreed. The operations manager did not even apologised for the mistake / miscommunication made. The team that did my moving came late( after 1.5 hr of wait ) . Job is scheduled 3pm, arrived 4.30pm . Poor teamwork resulted in delays in move , one staff got injured due to back pain, another staff moved halfway and left. Job still incomplete. This is by far the most dissatisfied move I ever had encounter. It actually took them close to three hours plus to move 1 load from 1 point to another . Poor management of how staffs are taken care of : 1) they did not even had lunch at all by 5.30, 2) dismantle and assemble single bed frame using inadequate tools ( Allen key ) instead of electric drill . Told they don’t have ? Only when replacement support Mr Gary came in close to 9pm because second staff left the scene that he managed to speed things up ! Thanks to him . The entire team , only Gary , the last saving person can end this move . I never want to engage 12 movers .. and management please look into this and take care of your staffs and provide proper tools and team trainings for moving . It causes my family delays and many inconvenience. Items moved : 3 single bed frame with mattress, a long laminated study table , a big fridge , a washing machine , a tv and boxes .

Team led by Bryan did an amazing job helping me move my grand piano from the fourth floor to my new place 3rd floor. He protected the piano well and i was so impressed he could carry it up and down so easily! Truly professional and highly recommended!
