I booked this company to manage my move through Matthew who is a sales man. I specifically mentioned about the fact that I want to know the price I will pay for the bulky items and if 1 lorry would be enough…because I didn’t want surprises in the final bill. The movers came and were friendly and professional. I had 2 of my things damaged through the moving though… I was more unhappy about how far off was the quotation and final invoice- there was nothing that was done to compensate this…

Honestly was a bit upset as my appt was delayed for quite long. But was send a 2nd team lead by Keith, Irfyan and Uncle Guan. They make the packing and moving smoothly. Overall am happy with their service. Now items are in their storage shall see how everything goes in 2mths.

Scheduled a move of 6 boxes, a stroller, TV and vacuum robot with 12move today, where Eileen offered affordable rate and helped to liaised the timings. She was quick to respond to queries and requests. The movers were Irfyan and Jordan, who were on time in picking up items and dropping them off in good condition. Will recommend their services 👍🏻

In summary, do not engage. During move, was advised not enough space to transport bed. Hence we excluded it. However, during payment, was coerced into paying $150 for bed item as they insisted it was included during the quotation. Did not rebut then as we were in a rush and the workers seemed rough.
After a day, found out a fan was broken due to the move. The fan was intact before the move.
Contacted them via email and WhatsApp but they ghosted me. See pictures.
