took down my post half a year ago after they arranged to talk about my spoilt electronics. after some time, didn't follow up and still no reparations done my wrapped box of electronics, labeled with PC and projector, were picked up and heavily released from regular carrying height, with the carrying person swearing and commenting on why it was so heavy. after projector was shown to be damaged from a qualified av shop, radio silence they almost folded my expensive mattress in two in other to move it more easily, before I had to intervene to tell them not to do that. use the company at your own risk edit: just read another post that was quoted 3.5 worries, but ended up being charged 7 lorries. I experienced similar, being charged for more than the quoted amount because of poor estimation

Eileen did a fantastic job arranging the schedule and coordinating with the drivers. Gary, Simbu, and Alfred were very helpful and attentive. I was overseas the entire time, yet they managed everything smoothly and hassle free. Special thanks for handling the drop-off point, as the building management was quite strict, but the team handled it with professionalism and ease. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend to use them for piano moving. Their sales consultant was very responsive even when it was late in the evening. Their movers Keith and Simbu were very professional, they came on time and had all the appropriate equipment and manpower with them and made the move seem so easy and seamless even though they had to move the piano up narrow stairs.
