I had engaged 12move Logistics recently and was very impressed by the efficient customer service rendered by the salesperson - Matthew, prior to the move. He asked good relevant questions about our move and ensured that all my queries were addressed. As it was my first move to a private property, I was concerned if this company had experience in moving to this specific estate as other mover companies I enquired with, had never delivered to this estate before. My worries were eased instantly when Matthew could share with me on where their lorry will be parked to offload the furniture and is very familiar with the estate's rules and regulations on moving in/out, as he had coordinated prior moves with other clients to this estate before. Matthew was also very clear and transparent on the charges.
On the day of the move, the supervisor in charge - Irfyan, came ahead of the scheduled time and displayed professionalism in ensuring that every carton/furniture was accounted for and explained to his team clearly and concisely on furniture handling. He also counter checked with me in ensuring if he had missed out any item/carton before making a move. I appreciated his display of professionalism and ability to lead his team.
I would recommend 12move Logistics for anyone who wants a hassle free professional moving services. Do request for Matthew and Irfyan as they are excellent to work with.

Had a very bad experience with this mover.
Staff came to do a site assessment. We showed all the stuff we had and he estimated that we require 1.5 loads.
On the actual move day, we were shocked when the movers told us it will require 3 loads. We understand that the site assessment is an estimate but how is it possible for the actual to be twice the estimate? We don't have any special or non-standard furniture that were hiding anywhere.
On the actual day, when everything has been planned, and the mover said at least 3 loads are required which was outrageous. The contents of the house was the same as during the site assessment so why would the actual requirements be 3 loads? We were held hostage to the situation. Either agree to move with the 3 loads or hire another mover within the same day to complete the move which had been planned ahead of time.
We made a call to the company who said he will check with the person who did the site visit. We had no choice but to commence with the move first. By the time the whole move was finished, the company still had not gotten back to us. We did not want to proceed with the payment first as this was unresolved. One of the movers then commented that it was like we ordered food at a restaurant and ate the food, but refused to pay. This statement was very uncalled for as it painted us as the unreasonable party. Eventually the company got back to us and charged us 0.5 load less in order to resolve the issue.
Worse still, we found damages to our items after unpacking. We notified the company and showed photo evidence. The actual mover called us to try to settle this. Eventually, the mover compensated $30 which was the maximum liability indicated on the TnC. What was puzzling was that the actual mover was the one dealing with the customer instead of someone from the company HQ. The $30 compensation was also made from the mover directly. Even though we notified the company, they asked their movers to settle the issue directly with the client? Every company is different I suppose, but I expecting someone from the company HQ to be the one handling the customer instead of the ground staff, so that the person reviewing this is an independent party
Do use your discretion when choosing your mover. We were unsure why the estimated load was so far off from the actual required. We obtained 3 quotations from 3 different companies and their quotation seemed competitive. This was a professional mover and it was our first time moving so there was no doubt over the 1.5 load quoted. They charge by the load and this low estimation made their quotation seem attractive. Some other reputable companies have an all-in pricing which was lower than the eventual 2.5 loads that we had to pay.
