Super disappointed with their service. Movers kept ranting about the insufficient space for their lorry to move my stuff & how heavy are the boxes ! We saw their lorry is big enough and many empty space after all stuff were uploaded. They just want to increase the charges on the spot! Unhappy that they can’t get extra money, they damaged my new home flooring and walls . Scratches and dented every parts of my new home.. this is so unprofessional & lousy service ! Feedback and no response from the sales person!

Firstly - do NOT hire this company. It was the worst and most expensive experience I've ever had. I warn all of you, please don't be conned. I have not been able to sleep after paying our huge bill of nearly $4000.
Darren came for a site visit and I said it would take approximately 1.5 loads. He wrote down in the estimate that it would be $70 for a long push to the condo. When the movers arrived they charged me $280 and $300 at our new condo and that was PER load so it was $840+900=1740 only for "pushing". He also underestimated the loads and we had double. Darren came to our condo and CLEARLY knew how far the "push" would have been. He is dishonest and only cares about taking our money.
This is a scamming and tactical strategy to get us to hire the company by giving the customer a cheaper figure to look at. Then when hired, all of these hidden costs come and lets be honest - how are we as customers in a position to say no when we have organised two condos moving agreement forms, packed all of our stuff and are ready to move on that day. It's an impossible situation and we HAVE to be pressured to say yes.
Darren also estimated 20 boxes to be packed for remaining fragile items and I actually packed 90% of them, therefore they only packed 2. So we should have paid $24 and we got charged $240. When asked for this to be refunded - he simply said manpower was already given - absolute DAYLIGHT ROBBERS!
They lost one of my goose and down feather pillows. Did he ever get back to me? No. He was TERRIBLE at communiating after being paid and now we are down a pillow and one pillow case making our set odd.
There was one mover in particular who was swearing throughout the move. Complaining that he couldn't have lunch and it was too hot. I have a 2 year old child who was present and this is just so unprofessional.
I still haven't had any apology or customer service and I have to come to terms that I will never get it or my pillow back.
If you ever come across this company - RUN! and let friends and family know they are dishonest money grabbers who have no morals.
