I had a bad experience with 12Move. I was told that the Boxes will be delivered by Sunday. However, whole sunday noone delivered despite us reminding them. Tried to call and the sale person does not answer, called their google contact also no answer. Waited for the following Monday and still no action, no follow up. Managed to get Jason and he said he will check on Tuesday and try to expedite. Overall bad experience so far.

Terrible experience with this mover. Not upfront and transparent with pricing. No pre-move assessment Late to arrive and haphazard about moving items. Unprofessional movers. Damaged items discovered upon move completion, but just shrugged shoulders and said 'oh well, thats life' Duplicate charges including long move, no elevator, etc which added up to doubling the original charge. HIRE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID. Scam if I may say so.

Do not hire them full of cheaters and liars one of guys act like gangster provoked until police have step in don't know how to stack items into the lorry claims is lorry is full in fact it's not.......pls guy don't engage them l kena from ready....
