Yonas and his team of movers were very efficient, polite and helpful for the move. They took very good care of my items and the move went about effortlessly. I will definitely use them again in future.

Avoid 12 Move Logistics – Hidden Costs & Poor Planning! I had an extremely disappointing experience with 12 Move Logistics and would not recommend them to anyone. Here’s why: 1️⃣ Hidden Costs Everywhere – They constantly tacked on extra charges. For example, they demanded an additional $60 for cardboard protection just to move our TV, claiming they would only guarantee its condition if we paid. Yet, even with the protection, they refused to take responsibility for any potential damage. 2️⃣ Poor Planning & Inefficient Packing – Before the move, they requested photos of our items and assured us that two trucks were enough to complete everything in one day. However, due to their inefficient stacking (which, after checking, seems to be a recurring issue in other reviews), the two trucks couldn’t fit everything. This resulted in delays and more hassle for us. 3️⃣ Inconvenience & Unfair Charges – Their bad estimation disrupted our entire schedule, yet they only cared about squeezing more money out of us. They demanded we pay for a third truck on Monday, or they would forfeit our deposit if we didn’t book it the same day. 4️⃣ Overcharging for the Third Truck – Initially, they quoted us for a full truck, even though only half a truck was needed. Only after we firmly insisted did they change the quote. It felt like they were just trying to overcharge us. 🚨 Final Verdict: This company is disorganized, money-hungry, and lacks accountability. Do yourself a favor and find another mover!
