I was first introduce to 12move by one of my friend that give high level of recommendation! So I decided to close the deal with 12move! First of all, Sales person was super responsive and everything was close and deposit handled over in just mere 30 mins! When the team of movers came over, after a short briefing everything started moving without hesitation! Alfred, Sitoh & Jian nan was the one In-Charge of the move and was very friendly in terms of explaining to me the charges after the move. I was clearly aware of the charges beforehand so I do not have a issue on the payment! Well done 12Move!

I recently used 12MOVE for my move, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the most frustrating parts of the service was the unnecessary multiple trips they charged for. The initial estimate I received was for two trips, but as the day went on, I was told that additional trips were needed—despite the fact that I had made it clear how much furniture and belongings were being moved in advance. It felt like they were stretching the job out just to rack up extra charges. To make matters worse, the movers didn’t seem to have a clear plan for the most efficient route or method of packing the truck. This added to the overall time and cost, which was frustrating given the lack of transparency about why these extra trips were needed in the first place. I’ve used movers before, and this has never been an issue. I expected a professional service that would handle everything in one trip, and instead, I ended up paying much more than expected for what seemed like an inflated and inefficient process. The in charge is also rude and gangster like and does not take due care to transport my belongings I will not be using its service again, and I cannot recommend them based on my experience.

We like to share our sad experience with 12Move. On the final day of our moving, 12Move arrived over 2 hours late to collect our items to move over to our new place. Schedule was 12-1pm but they arrived 3:12pm. Furthermore they sent only 1 truck and 2 men when the arrangement was for 2 truck loads. As such 12Move only completed 1 truck load and they refused to finish my final truckload the following day. As a result, I had to engage and pay another mover the next working day to finish the job. 12Move refused to refund me the final load's pre-payment and I ended up paying to 2 movers for this 1 job. I've been scammed by 12Move.

Kudos, to team 12move. From the initial enquiries and quotations with Darren (the sales team) were clear and concise. On the actual day of operation, the operation team (Keith, Matthew and Alfred) updated us on the arrival time. The moving was fast and everything was wrapped up prior moving(p.s. it's not bubble wrap, normal wrapping to ensure that during movement items will not fall/drop. Well done!
