Terrible experience with this mover and it Feels Like a Scam!!!
If you ever consider to engage them, must consider all the additional cost
1. be prepared to pay more than quoted.
2. be prepared to wait for them to come, the movers are always late.( 1-3 hours)
3. they charge more money for pushing (50m for $50)
4. My entrance to the house is via basement carpark which their big lorry cannot enter, they will charge more for no direct access too.
Better use other companies, whose charges are more logical and transparent.

I hired this company to move four pieces of furniture within the same condo. The sales team quoted me a half-load (5 trolleys) with 3–6 movers. However, at the end of the job, they claimed that 6–7 trolleys were used without informing me beforehand and demanded an additional $ for a full load. I don’t mind paying the extra if the load exceeded the initial estimate, but they should have notified me in advance so I could fully utilize the trolleys.
In the end, I paid for the full load and had them move three more trolleys. The entire process was exhausting.
I’ll never engage their service again and will also not recommend them to others. Extremely disappointed!!!!!

Avoid 12Move at all costs! We signed a contract for storage, paid as agreed, and when we tried to retrieve our belongings, they ignored our requests and suddenly imposed illegal fees not stated in the contract. They caused delays and then charged us for them. We have all the evidence, and legal action is in progress. Untrustworthy company—do not risk your money or property with them!
