Vinod and team helped me with a moving assignment recently. They were very professional and efficient. They were polite and cleared my doubts as I was a little skeptical about the moving of wardrobe and dresser. They were fast and all items were delivered in good condition. I would say Vinod and team know their work and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. 12Move has a lack of accountability, and practices unscrupulous sales tactics. Damaged our belongings and refused to take responsibility. 12Move will give excuses to escape their compensation clauses stated in their contract They hire ex convicts with tracking devices on their ankles, and one of them threatened me on the ground They will quote you cheaper than competitors on purpose to lure you in. Once you paid deposit, they will raise prices against you using other tactics. In the end they forced me to pay more than twice the quoted price (truck space is poorly setup to fully utilise the space because of a bunch of their items cluttering the space to begin with.) they only cared about squeezing more money out of us, taking advantage of customers who are already locked in. They arrived much later than the agreed time, which caused a lot of inconvenience during the move. Save yourself the trouble with 12Move, don’t deal with hooligans.

A big thanks to Eileen for facilitating the sales process, and to the movers Alfred, Ah Guan and Peter for the prompt door to door delivery! Eileen was detailed and prompt in addressing all my queries. Despite the bad weather resulting in close to an hour delay from the appointment time, the movers had managed a really fast job in loading all the boxes and disassembling the bed frame. My stuff was delivered and assembled in good condition!
