Tried several Movers and failed, finally 12Move manage get my plant move. Wonder how they did it, tried Gogovan, Yong Shen all cannot, good service. Thanks to the few young strong men, Keith , Matthew ( Sales Person ) Peter , Aidy to get the job done.

Engaged on 24/3/2025. Efficient team, really appreciated their hustle during the move. However, some "add-ons" seem unreasonable which had to reason out and opt-out (i.e, like for using a more convenient unloading spot vs the official unloading bay, and extra bubble wrapping). A young team, but experienced. Big shoutout to Peter for being so patient with my anxious parents, and to Irfyan (apologies if I got the name wrong, I didnt ask for your name!) for going the extra mile to remove the door knob so the washer could fit the door frame. Both were extremely friendly and helpful!

Did my move through irfyan and eileen. Very very awesome. Irfyan and team was fast, but yet careful, in and out with 8 pallets in about 30min. He was also clear on helping customers, coordinating between teams. Eileen, very flexible and reactive to planning, in fact i went from 2 moves to 4 moves due to my own miscalculation, but the team handled like a pro. Thanks!

Engaged 12Move for my storage and moving during my home renovation in Aug. Darren was the sale who make the arrangement for my storage and moving, he had been helpful in making all necessary arrangement to make my storage / moving relatively smooth. Be wary of the extra and hidden costs associated with their service. I was initially told that the additional fees were included in the first moving fee, only to find out later that I had to pay for a separate sales agreement. Their storage service was also subpar—many boxes on the floor were damp and soggy. One of my tote bags got severely soaked, forcing me to discard it. I regret not getting more quotes and choosing a better vendor. Despite the upset experience, I must still credit that the movers were very efficient and professional in getting the items loaded and unloaded, and my items were properly wrapped before they were loaded. This star is for the hardworking movers on the ground. Thanks.
