Kudo to the moving team for working long hours. Moving is professional. But bad management.sales person is slow and unrespnsive. Fast in delivering the carton for packing. Slow in reply after the sale rep change. Team was late by 3 hours as they had multiple job prior to our move which is not their fault. End up the whole move which was planned to start at 3pm started at 5.45pm. Called the sales rep and official number on their website but to no avail. The moving team finally call at 4plus to inform of the delay. Deposit to be refunded after the carton were return but till date no collection done and refund not process for the deposit. Despite the sale rep promising to process the refund first. Sales rep is unresponsive and promise to get account team to refund on 12 dec. Inform collection of carton on 12 Dec. Refund not processed after 3 weeks
Also sales rep seem very unsure of the number of trips to be made. One quoted 1 trip and other quoted 2.5 both had the same photos and info on the things to be moved.

Please be careful when you engaged this movers company. Had a terrible service with them. Quotation was supposed to be 1.5 load. But I was charged for 2 load. Darren was believed to be the sales department side when down for a site survey. As he mentioned that 1.5 load should be enough for the moving items. During the actual date of moving. 3 movers was there to move the items but unfortunately the items that they moved is more on their boxes (30). They charged 2 load for 30 boxes, 1 chest drawer, 1 single bed, 1 fridge,1 washing machine and few items that actually can be carried by hands. I don't even know whether they really drove the movers truck or just a minivan. The next day, I have to called Lala move to clear all the large items. They don't deserve a single star.
