BAD Experience with 12 Move : Unethical Business Value : My encounter with 12 Move Mover was a terrible nightmare experience. They cheat and scam customer, providing a derogatory service that was only rivaled by their aggressive behavior and threats. JOB : They insisted on making 3 multiple trips ($400 per trip) even though the job could possibly completed in a fraction of 1.5 trips load at the time. Scamming tactic : The movers were more interested in pushing and choke up the trips rather than maximizing the capacity of their truck space available, which were 3/4 full with room to accommodate more loads. They based on 10 small trolleys size loads for the big van with high ceiling height (under utilised) and limit loads to chest level which equivalent to 3 medium size box height. Further to it, the unjustified terms restriction of the items size for the trolley to carry with height and dimension that made things difficult for clients. Attitude: Movers and head office staff display atrocious behaviour and unscrupulous attitude towards clients, often resulting in threats and confrontational tactics. Do not get yourself entangled with such unethical and scrupulous movers who tends to cheat and scam clients. Unreasonable and threatening behaviour Mover Company : 12 Move Movers

Very bad service. Charged excessively without transparency. After that, told me cannot move my furnitures up second floor, which my Reno contractor managed to carry. Left most of furnitures cling wrapped with the cartons on first floor, although the agreement was to move furnitures up. Customer service said will check with operations but no reply for 3 months. Returned balance cartons after 2 weeks still no refund of deposit. Had to call them to remind them. This was my worse mover ever engaged.
