Wonderful service from the start to the end!
We were connected to Darren as our salesperson first and he came down to assess our items. He was polite and spoke professionally. When we requested for the boxes to come, it came very quickly. He responded to my enquiry promptly too.
Next were the movers. They were so prepared and with 3 persons, they settled our entire packing with ease and agility. They were also very polite. Everything went over in order. Some dented boxes, but that’s fine. It wasn’t full.
Finally, returning of boxes was easy too! I informed and people came the next day! The refund of the boxes came a week after. Even though it was delayed, Darren’s response to my text was prompt. So the refund came back as soon as I brought it up.
Overall, very pleased with the whole experience with them! Would recommend them strongly!

Very nice team of Keith, Cheng and Guan! I was using them just. All of them are very kind, patient and professional. It is obviously to see they are all well trained to pack and wrap the furniture. And most importantly they even extent good gesture to help me dismantle the TV mount for future usage. Highly recommend the team if there are any moving needs. Good job Gentlemen!

Needed a move to 2 different places. The team that was assigned to me were very friendly and professional. Ask for Alfred, Ah Guan and Q when u are moving. They are polite, do their best to suit your requests and careful with my belongings. They also complied with whatever the condo needed them to do.
Dismantling and assembly was also done very well, taking care of heavy items. Stacking onto trolleys was also done with care. Just note that if you use different sized boxes (i had a few small ones) they will have to rotate to fit onto the trolley 'tower'. So beware of fragile goods.
Overall very happy with the move! Will surely use them again.

I really feel that this company is dishonest. I was quoted $218 for a half-load truck. I paid the deposit and made all the necessary arrangements. The building has access to the lift lobby — it just requires a U-turn when pushing the trolley.
Upon completion, the company billed me $358 just to move 20 boxes of items. The final bill was different from the original quote, and their excuse was that there was “no access to the lift.”
I couldn’t argue much at the time because I was too occupied with the house move and the service had already been completed. But people really need to be careful with this company — they use fine print to trick customers.
