Darren the sales guy is responsive, explained via WA in detail the cost etc. very helpful Irfyan, Aidy and Shao Li assisted with my move. Came and had all the bulky items wrapped and moved. All items are well taken care of. Very professional team. 👍

Worst Moving Experience - Do Not Use This Company! This was by far the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The movers arrived late without even a courtesy call. When they finally got here, they wasted so much time skiving off and taking unnecessary breaks. Their attitude was terrible—rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the whole process. To top it off, they damaged my electronics and didn’t seem to care at all. When I confronted them, they were unapologetic. And if that wasn’t bad enough, they added a bunch of hidden fees at the end that were never disclosed upfront. If you value your time, money, and belongings, stay far away from this company. An absolute nightmare from start to finish!

Overall experience was good..kudos to Jason the manager.. have issue with my moving dates but he did all he can to help me reschedule. Salute his effort to make it happen. Alfred with his team on the moving day was wonderful..he and his team was so experience and really handle my stuff with extra care and well padded to protect my stuff to avoid damaging done to my item.. one of his team member even teaches us how to pack in order to make space for the lorry.. kudos to them..
