came across 12move online and decided to engage them because of their affordable pricing and good reviews. a few days before moving, due to curiosity i went to check their reviews and realised that reviews were pretty extreme, either 1/5 stars, begin to worry but thankfully keith and guan provided an efficient services. they were fast, and experienced. definitely recommend it.

Can’t emphasize enough the importance of price transparency - I was browsing thru Google for urgent movers on the same day as I had a traumatic experience with another mover. I was glad I made the right choice reaching out to Jason from 12move. Jason was transparent with his pricing, professional, swift and responsible. Jason arranged Faz and Keith to my residence within 30 mins and the loading/unloading were quick. Very friendly team who were really passionate about their job and went beyond their scope to assist me with some dismantling and fixing. They were all smiles despite all the challenges (far distance they have to push to furnitures from my residence to their vehicle). I will definitely recommend Jason and team to anyone who’s in need of moving service in future. Would have given them more than 5 stars if there’s an option. Thank you Jason, Faz, Keith and the rest of the important team players who came to my rescue.

This was my second time using 12Move, with Keith, Matt, Ah Wei, Faz, Guan, and Alfred handling the move. The first time, back in December 2024, there were only three movers, so it took two trips between my old house and StoreHub—likely due to limited manpower at that time. This round, they sent two lorries and six movers, which made a big difference. They cleared out my store in just 20 minutes, then moved everything to my new place and helped assemble a bunk bed and a king-size storage bed—all within 2.5 hours. The team was not only efficient but also friendly and easygoing, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The final quote matched exactly what the sales team had shared on WhatsApp, probably because it was my second time and they already had my move records. i even think 1 star is already generous. this mover quoted us for $486 only be to charged $698 at the end, considering we moved to a ground floor unit. price is scam and very irresponsible too. our shoe cabinet’s leg was broken and one our shelf’s base is missing during transport but CS didnt even bother addressing the issue. booked lalamove for the rest of our stuff and price was only a fraction of what we paid to this company. spare yourself the headache and avoid this mover at all costs!

We are extremely glad we engaged 12move. Our movers Matthew, Ah Guan and Peter were fast and efficient in wrapping and moving our items. They also ensured to that they handled our fragile items with care. When at the moving facility they helped to ensure all my items managed to fit into the space by arranging it properly. Will engage them again when we move back after renovations.
