Had a great experience with my house move. Salesperson Darren was super helpful and explain clearly with the quote and made the whole booking process smoothly Yonas Aidy, Irfyan and Keerthi were the movers and they did a good job, from wrapping of furniture to bringing over to my new house. I want to commend Yonas as he was leading the move very well. I have recommended my good friend that wants to move to Darren, hope that the company can give my friend a good service too

I was told to write a review which I rarely do so but I am more than willing to do one for 12 Move. I am a housing agent specialised in arranging residential units for international clients. One aspect of the added service 12 Move provided was an free onsite survey, which was done by Darren. I would want to commend that the on-site assessment they offered greatly helped me in my communication with my clients on items that they would wish to bring from overseas which are too large to be transported by the lift. Darren even went down to the site to assess and measure the stairs which gives us an assurance that the items shipped over can be brought up by stairs which all their young & strong workers are able to do so. I strongly recommend 12 Move for your moving needs. All in service.

Late review followed up. Needed to carry upright piano by the stairs. Managed to carry up despite tight stairs. Strong workers. Arranged by Darren. Excellent team and company.

We had a very disappointing experience with 12Move Logistics. They arrived much later than the agreed time, which caused a lot of inconvenience during the move. Several items were damaged, and to make matters worse, they left some boxes unpacked. The management was unhelpful when I reached out for assistance on resolving the damaged items. However, we do want to give credits to Peter, one of their team members, who was responsive and tried to help resolve the situation, especially regarding the door that was scratched during the move. Though they were unable to send their own contractor to repair it, they agreed to cover the cost of the repair through the contractor that we sourced ourselves. While Peter's effort was appreciated, the overall service provided by 12Move was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend them based on this experience.

Fast and reliable, they make sure to wrap all furniture and loose boxes. Mattresses are wrapped to ensure cleanliness
