Do NOT ever engage this moving company They are the absolute worst - completely unreliable and unresponsive, and borderline unethical with hidden fees.
They showed up almost 2 hours late and could not complete the move as planned. Scheduled a move on the next day, and they were a no-show.
They were also extremely lean on manpower. Showed up with 3 men, even though I had requested for packing services for fragile items - which took 1 manpower to complete for the entire move duration. That left 2 men to actually move items, and 1 of them left halfway, leaving 1 poor guy to complete the move.
As for hidden fees, despite an in-person site survey by their sales person Darren, he did not include many fees in the quotation. On the day of the move, they informed me of many additional fees like dismantling cost, which the sales person would tell you is FOC at the on-site survey. I was also charged additional "no direct access" fees that were exorbitant at $140 per way per load, which meant I had to pay $560 additional just for the lack of "direct access" on top of the original quotation of $500. This is significantly higher than other moving companies I had enquired with. My main issue is that he did not point out that my condo had no direct access - how would a layman know the truck's access point? To me, my apartment is perfectly accessible. One would have expect a moving specialist to advise on such matters.
Finally, they are impossible to contact and unresponsive once they have your deposit.
Save yourself the stress and hire another mover.

Editing my review. Please make sure to liaise all things in WhatsApp if you engaging Movers. You do not want to be surprised on day of moving with additional costs. Do not assume we knows all things about moving as we do not move everyday. Had makes calls to clarify but should have do it in what'sapp instead.
Honestly, now most condo had to park outside the development n need to do some walk for movers . just complied in your quote n charge it rather than to tell customers on that very day n create a upset occasion for the one shifting.

Original plan was to arrange for move on 10th but there seemed to be miscommunication and arrangement turns out to be on 12.
As we had no choice we made our own moves for critical items and showed up on 12th 12pm per the arrangement.
We contacted them to check in and they indicated delays due to weather from earlier job. Based on weather history, there was no rain. Job delayed till 3pm
We followed up with the sales guy on the day itself but could not reach him. Ended up we contacted alternate number (Thomas) who took up the case immediately and was quite helpful. Upon checking, it seemed there was a delay in the earlier job and it pushed to 3pm. We followed up at 3pm. Indicated delay till 4.
4pm we checked in. They indicated they got lost ended up far away. In the end they arrived at 5pm. After some back and forth there was a token compensation of 100 but they still charged 110 extra for push distance. (push distance was indicated prior to move but the specific amount is not defined)
The push distance charge was not discussed prior. We also indicated it's on 2nd floor with no lift access and understood the charge but this was not communicated by the sales contact to the staff.
The move itself was relatively quick and settled in 2 hours and the actual movers were pretty decent (Matthew Alfred) but the entire experience with the sales guy (GH) left a very sour taste.

A pathetic and a company of con. I engaged them for my movement. 15ft full load. Once they came the old guy stated that he can only take 10 loads. Post that I had many items left behind. Another young men started shouting.
They are not clear on pricing and will force you to pay more. Engage them at your own risk .

Where should I start with this fraudulent/scam based company? For starters, they began their first ploy to scam us by purposely involving lesser housing furniture in their "moving list" than what we requested initially with their salesperson Darren. This allowed them to negotiate and charge us more for the additional furniture we wanted them to move which ofcourse, was after a lot of complaining and nagging by their team, which by the way, have absolutely zero professionalism and treat their customers like their workers.
Secondly, while this entire situation was being negotiated, Darren would NOT pickup phone calls and/or respond to texts. If you have a look at the other reviews on this page with 1 stars (all the reviews more than 1 stars are all fake as they have zero likes), they all have a similar experience with Darren on the day(s) of move. This made it extremely hard to know what the appropriate additional charges are or what the actual SOP of the company is. As it would be extremely unwise to deem a worker's word for what the charges are for additional load/furniture etc.
Thirdly, once we eventually started the move, a new problem their team leader with a very very loud and annoying mouth, Keith, stated that due to 10 steps to the ELEVATOR, they were going to charge $200 PER LOAD (we had 4 loads at this point). This was utterly rambunctious and we chose not to move forward with them until we contacted Darren. Who supposedly was "out of town", but when things were getting very heated finally picked up our call and chose to "help" us by negotiating the final value down to $150 per load for 10 steps. Since we were running out of time that day and energy, we decided to stop the arguing and pay them ANOTHER $600 for a set of steps. Not to mention, the damage they left, broke some furniture and our Alexa which costed us nearly $200 at time of purchase. With no intention of the company to reimburse us back.
Finally, after the day of move was over, we still had a lot leftover in our old house to be moved. Which Darren, in the initial contract had promised us to move. However, this person and the company chose not to help us unless they charged us extra again. Through many phone calls, negotiations and pointless arguments and threats, we eventually had to bring everything back ourselves with other services like Lalamove. End of the day, we realized we were just another victim to this company's scam and its reliant strategy on deceiving you with their starting amount and eventually figuring out new ways to charge you insane amounts throughout and after the move.
