I couldn't submit this review without selecting 1 star. Otherwise, the review should be zero star. Mover was 30mins late, created a mess after moving out the appliances and worst of all, threatened my tenant that he will not leave the home until balance payment was received. Deposit of $100 was already made a week ago. I asked tenant to update me after moving was done and was on standby whilst working (not present) to make balance payment. My female tenant was terrified and we could have called police. Nonetheless, I made the bank transfer as planned before the mover agreed to leave. This is such a bad experience.

Boxes came back torn and infested with spiders and ants. I believe their storage is so dirty. There are gnawing evidence from rats/mouse. We had to throw away alot of our things due to the bad infestation.
They sent us a wrong item (washing machine) and the recovery service is very very bad.
Worst experience ever. I will never use this service again and i suggest none should too.

No responses from calls. Called several times but no one picks up. Movers comes with truck without lift gate. Manual load onto truck. Use the reason they can only stack that much due to heavy lifting. Mover supervisor talk loudly to my wife when she highlight one of our plastic container lid broke. This company is not professional at all. Keeps saying our stuff are heavy.

Company is a scam! Do not engage as they charged 3 times the moving fee that was quoted. Unreasonable underlying charges and delayed responses when asked to return deposits from the boxes that was return weeks ago. Would have a gotten better price with movers that provide insurance at at a lesser price.

was initially quoted a price with a video tour of previous house moving items and sales guy darren said no hidden cost but on the move day itself dey require 3 trips to n fro. lucky the distance is not too far, imagine pasir ris and jurong? and was quoted additional cost for a distance charge(from outside condo to the house?. i have approached a few of my mover friend and dey said there is no such thing. please do consider twice if anyone were to engage this company.
