I have recently engaged their service and I would like to commend on the guys - Aidy, Guan and Chensiang. They were very efficient and experienced despite of last minute changes and additional delivery points.

- **Delayed Arrival:** Team arrived late, disrupting the schedule. - **Unfulfilled Services:** Unpacking services not provided as promised. - **Property Damage:** Damage to hardwood flooring, dining room table, and coat hanger, with no full reimbursement yet. - **Neglectful Handling:** Furniture left unattended on the street for hours. - **Incomplete Job:** Bedding and sofa not re-assembled. - **Failure to Finish on Time:** Job not completed on the first day, causing disruptions. - **Missed Appointment:** Team did not show up the next day as scheduled, resulting in unnecessary time off work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. This company is a total bait and switch job. The person who answers your initial query - Guang Hao - will underquote by a lot. His own movers were in shock when they showed up at our house, despite my having fully described the size of our house and having sent photos. Moreover, he refused to tell us they did not provide moveing insurance until after I paid the deposit. He also acted like I did not tell him that there was a staircase at each property, adn scammed us to pay an extra 400 per trip - despite my having told him that there was a flight of stairs at each property. When I tried to call Guang Hao - he would not answer the phone, and instructed his moving team to tell me he was "too busy". We were in an emergency situation at the time of our move, or I would have told his team to leave on the spot. The guys actually moving the furniture were fine at first, but by the end, they were rushing, and got sloppy and a few items were damaged. Completely dishonest and shady. You do not wnat to work with this company. Please avoid at all costs. *EDIT* - Oh yes, I almost forget to add - they also badly dented and scratched up the floor of the residence we were moving from - and they refused to pay the deposit at the place I was moving to. Luckily, the management of the building was kind and did not charge me for that.

Honestly do not engage them as their services suck… never to recommend to anyone. Mover guys are fine but not the sales and operations. Sales promise to arrange 2 trucks in the morning so that I can meet the timing before 12pm to move all to new place as there is feng shui master advice. At the end , they only came with one truck and only finish moving at 2.30pm!! Reason, the sales ssid due to the busy schedule he can only allocate one truck! Promise heaven n earth during sales preach but after that Horrendous service!!! Typical sales oriented service. Operation promise to return deposit the next day after boxes collected but never… what a lousy service!!!

I used the services of 12Move logistics today .. it was terrible with rude movers. The sales agent was unhelpful either. They assessor came home to estimate, they estimated 1.5 loads and quoted. when the mover came they they said the load will be 3 at least .. while I was ready to pay, I had to finish the move in one day .. this was between places 500m apart.. the team was throughly unprofessional.. they threatened to not deliver unless I make full payment .. I had to rely on lala move to finish the job.. was rely happy with the response and professionalism shown by lalamove
