The entire move has been very pleasant! Guanghao was the sales coordinator and he was responsive. Elvin and Haziq were my movers and not only they were fun to work with, they were fast as well. We thought it would be 1 load but landed up 2 and they tried to fit us into the schedule. I would definitely recommend them! And very reasonably priced as well. Kudos to the team!

Very satisfied with 12move on my recent move. 3 young man Matthew, Gary & Irfyan came over to my place with excellent performance. They know what they are doing and also quick at the same time. Despite their fast and efficient speed, they handled all my furniture and also boxes with alot of care. They wrapped up every single one of my furniture. P.S. They even wrapped up my boxes to prevent any slight damage to my items in the box. Super satisfied with their service. I would also like to take the time to praise the company's Salesperson Darren for his quotation! Accurate , fast and prompt reply! Without much consideration, I decided to move with 12move. You will definitely not regret moving with 12move! But you will definitely regret not engaging them. Keep it up! 12move

While the movers who came to collect our items were very good, polite and efficient (this is Ah Guan’s team), our experience with 12move was made unpleasant due to the delivery of items back to us. 1. The sales team forgot about our delivery date and we only found out after we wrote in to double confirm the date and time of delivery. As a result, our items were delivered 3 days after our original delivery date (which was communicated way ahead) and impacted our renovation. 2. The team that delivered the items were very rude and even took additional drinks from our fridge without permission. The team simply delivered our furniture and left them in the shrink wrap. This includes our heavy dining table and sofa, but isn’t it reasonable to expect that they deliver the items and unpack them as per how it was before they collected? When we approached the movers to unpack the items, they were very rude and shouted at my mum. My mum had to inform the sales team on the spot before the movers were willing to at least unpack the bigger furniture. The movers that delivered the items also kept complaining the entire time about how our house was far from the lift and it was hard to push the items (of which, the previous team who collected the items did not complain at all). 3. One of the movers demanded for a drink the moment he stepped into our house (without unpacking yet), to which we offered. He requested to take the drinks after they finished unpacking (which was fine) but he proceeded to just open our fridge and took 5-6 cans of Coke when we initially offered 2 cans based on the number of movers that said they wanted a drink. He did not ask for our permission to take more (which we would have given anyway) but this was unacceptable. Isn’t this akin to stealing? 4. Lastly, this left my mum in distress from the whole situation, who was alone at home at the time; One of the movers tried to pick a fight with my mum when she voiced her complaint out about how this team was so different from the first team - this was uncalled for and the movers acted like gangsters. How is this acceptable?
