Alex who came down for the (free) on-site quotation was thorough and took the time to clearly explain the entire moving process. The quotation provided was reasonable, transparent, and with no hidden costs — something I really appreciated. I opted for their systematic packing service, which was carried out over 2 days — Day 1 for packing and Day 2 for the actual move.
