Jenny, who was my main point of contact, was always quick to respond to any questions and made the entire process easy and stress-free. On moving day, the team arrived on time and worked efficiently. The entire move was completed in just three hours, which exceeded our expectations. Everything was handled with care, and most importantly, nothing was damaged or broken during the move. What also impressed me was the after-service. The refund for the moving boxes was processed very quickly and without any hassle, which reflected their commitment to good customer service even after the move was completed. I’ve nothing but good things to compliment Aspect Movers with. Warren was experienced and confident in the first check of our home. We had multiple top up of boxes and all were free when we returned them back. During the move, there was no sense of hurrying us out of our home. Sara was most attentive with another guy (sorry i forgot yr name) and made sure he showed care when chatting with my family members. Return of boxes was also a breeze when Aspect movers came to take the boxes right from our new home doorstep. A+++++ can’t recommend enough :)
