I found this company through Google reviews and am very pleased to say that the supervisor, An and the team were excellent as described by other clients. Response to our initial queries by Jenny was very prompt and clear. I obtained a few quotes from various companies, and Aspect Mover’s quote was easy to understand, clear, competitive and reasonable. The team worked well together and their cooperation with each other was admirable. We enjoyed seeing and hearing them joke with each other while working. Every staff member was efficient and speedy, not to mention how strong they were! 👍 Nothing was in the “too-hard” basket, and all requests were replied with a “Yes, Can!” The extra charge for removal / dismantling of certain large items was worth every cent! I shall be moving again in a few years’ time, and I will definitely hire them again. Highly recommended!

From the first interaction via WhatsApp text asking about quotation, Aspect Mover has been very effective and proactive. Agnes was very helpful with my enquires and provided prompt replies. Even when I took sometime to give a reply back to them, they never once rushed or pressured me. After confirming my interest to engage them, the very next day, she arranged Warren to come down during evening time for a free site inspection. Quotation was given the next day. And we really want to commend the service and help rendered by the moving team on our moving day. The team leader An and his team has been nothing but amazing. Not only were they efficient and professional, they were very helpful and friendly as well. We were moving things to two different locations and there were still some loose items left unpacked. They helped and guided us in packing and organising the items into boxes and labeled them accordingly to be sent to different locations. They also entertained and joked with my small kid who happened to be at home that day. The whole process were made less stressful all thanks to the moving team. They displayed jovial attitude and energy the whole time and is a true testament to all the positive 5* Google reviews.
