Customer service (Jenny) was responsive, flexible and accommodating as I had a few special requests - transporting furnitures from multiple locations to my new place, transporting my existing furnitures to other houses, etc
The moving team led by Wilson was super efficient - came on time and got straight to work immediately. They also disassembled and assembled some of the furnitures very quickly, as the lift was small but they manage to transport everything without using stairs (except for King sized mattress)
