Aspect is as reliable, prompt and profession as always and is my go to mover every time and they never fail me. My latest experience was an excellent and professional service from Ah-Ann. Despite some miscommunications on the items we agreed to move, Ah-Ann was really flexible and not only did he agree to help move the extra items but also encouraged us to do so, when I initially wanted to schedule another date to move the other items. Items moved to my storage facility was stacked professionally and neatly to maximize space while taking care not to place fragile items in precarious positions. Overall a 10/5 rating!

I have a pleasant experience with Aspect Movers when they moved our stuffs to our new place. From my initial communication with Jenny to moving day with Warren and his team, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, flexibility, and efficiency. My move started off on a stressful note as I had to postpone due to delays with my new place. Jenny was incredibly accommodating and went out of her way to help me find a solution. On moving day, a team of eight arrived promptly at 8:30 AM and immediately got to work. Their teamwork was impeccable, and their speed was nothing short of amazing—they had us relocated within the day! Along the way, we even picked up some useful moving hacks from them, like using a coin to stabilize our fish tank. They also handled additional requests, including furniture disposal and relocating items to my mum’s place, all with a smile and a can-do attitude. I first used their services eight years ago, and my positive experience back then brought me back to them this time. Once again, they did not disappoint! Jenny is very friendly and give good advice. Her team will do site survey to give accurate quotation,. Transparent pricing although not the cheapest quote but no hidden charges. Other quotes got complex calculation which may explains why cheaper in quotation. Team helped to wrap and protect my furniture, fast and careful. Will recommend to friends.
