If you're looking for a reliable moving company, I highly recommend -Aspect Mover. The entire process was seamless and exceeded my expectations. A special mention goes to their back-end team, Jenny and Maggie, who promptly arranged a site survey, allowing them to provide an accurate quote. They also efficiently scheduled the delivery of packing boxes the day after I confirmed the order and made the necessary deposit.
On moving day, a team of six movers, led by Ah Ann, arrived. Rather than simply loading boxes and furniture, Ah Ann took the initiative to ask if there were any items requiring special attention or priority. This thoughtful approach allowed his team to create a well-coordinated plan before starting the move. Throughout the process, Ah Ann and his team demonstrated professionalism while maintaining a light-hearted and humorous demeanor, which helped reduce the stress and emotional strain often associated with moving.
The payment process was smooth and hassle-free. After I completed the transaction, I realized my family had accidentally packed fresh food in an icebox that was meant to be empty. Despite having already been paid, Ah Ann and his team graciously returned to our new home ahead of us, unpacked and reorganized the items to retrieve the icebox. Upon arrival, Ah Ann ensure everything was in order and waited for my inspection before leaving.
Overall, I highly recommend Aspect Mover for your relocation needs. If possible, request Ah Ann or Warren to be part of your moving team—they're exceptional.

I recently engaged Aspect Mover to help move to my new home. I was so impressed with their speed and efficiency but also how professional and careful they were. They were scheduled to come to my house at 9am but they arrived 10 minutes earlier. All my things were packed and loaded onto their truck before 9:30am. Unfortunately, their truck exceeded the carpark height limit so they had to push all my belongings to my unit using trolleys and up a hill. The move was completed by 10:30am without any issues at all! Special thanks to Wilson (whom I assume was the team leader) for ensuring that everything ran smoothly! Thank you Aspect Mover for a stress free move! Highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable movers!

Needed last miniute help with house move on 26 Oct. Jenny and Warren from Aspect were very helpful and arranged a team promptly. Team of 4 led by Mr Kwei, arrived punctually and were professional and fast. They shrinkwrapped every item and labelled them meticulously. They dismantled all the beds, reassembled them and positioned them just the way we wanted in our new home. We added many more items too to be moved last minute. They accommodated and even sent 2 more staff to help and completed the job efficiently and cheerfully, without a complaint. All at a reasonable rate. Kudos to the entire team at Aspect! I engaged Aspect Mover based on Google reviews, admittedly with some skepticism. But I must say — I hit the jackpot when Ah Ann and his team were assigned to my move. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly organized.
Moving out of my old Executive Apartment, which was packed with items, and settling into the new place took them just under 3 hours. From the moment they arrived, the team worked seamlessly — tagging items not to be packed, securing everything with care, and efficiently transporting and sorting everything by room at the new location.
Jenny was also very responsive and answered all queries promptly. She was very attentive and shifted our house moving earlier as requested to the morning slot as a slot was freed up due to a las minute change from another customer.
Kudos to Aspect Mover for making what is usually a stressful experience feel smooth and effortless. Highly recommended!
