Aspect Mover recently assisted me with my house move. One of our major concerns was my standup piano. Overall, I found their service to be highly efficient and satisfactory. Our scheduled move was at 9am. The movers, a group of approximately 8 to 10 people, showed up before the scheduled time which was a positive start. They demonstrated professionalism throughout the entire experience. The team was courteous and attentive to my needs, especially handled my piano and fragile items with care. I was impressed with their efficiency, and they were organised. The entire process carried out safely and items were transported in no time. Boxes are placed at the desired location and items were installed flawlessly. What I like was that Aspect Mover provided a fair and transparent estimate. There were no unexpected hidden costs, and I found their pricing to be reasonable considering the level of service provided. My experience with Aspect Mover was positive, and I would highly recommend their services to others. Thank you to Aspect Mover for making the move smooth and nice.

The movers arrived on time and quickly packed the truck with my belongings. Furniture was properly wrapped and disassembled when needed. At the new property the items were placed into the correct rooms and furniture put into the requested positioning. It all happened smoothly and efficiently and the move was completed within 3.5 hours. Nothing was broken and the re-assembly was mostly (but not wholly) done well. The price charged was acceptable, but not inexpensive. However, there were several things I didn't like - the flat I moved out from had a lot of mess left behind, such as tape, wrapping and bits of boxes. I was left to clean that up myself. The trolleys used left marks all over the floor at both properties. Using the moving boxes requires the payment of a deposit (standard) but you don't get the whole deposit back when you return the boxes.

I went looking for a moving company to help with my latest home move. I was contacted by many and got all kinds of response. While all were good, I chose Aspect Movers because it was the ONLY company that did send someone to assess the volume of boxes, furniture, etc. that needed to be moved. The person who came for that (Warren) was very professional and he knew very quickly how much and so on. The quotation came immediately. On the day of moving out, and 4 weeks later on the day of moving in, the staff very absolutely on time, they were very professional, polite and courteous. I can't say enough how pleased I was with their job. I thank Aspect Movers company and all the staff both on the ground and in the office (Jenny). I warmly recommend them to anyone who has plans to move house/office/ etc.

We were recommended by a close friend of their service, without hesitation we decided to engage them. Whao! Ah Ann’s & his team came on time and even earlier, swift packaging and very experienced with their moves. They settled within the committed time & we’re absolutely pleased with their services. Very friendly staffs & they even took the initiative to go extra miles by disposing unwanted cartons that was unused by us.
